Why CE Marking is required for your test solutions
Almost all of the systems we design and build are covered by at least one of the directives of the CE Marking requirements. It is also a requirement of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) that when new work equipment is put into service that it is safe to use; this in turn is achieved by CE Marking.

By successfully CE Marking the equipment, you are declaring that the appropriate directives have been met. Failure to CE mark a product or falsely claiming a product is CE marked can result in a maximum of 3 month jail sentence and a £5000 fine.
