On July 16th, from 10:30am to 3pm, we’re opening our doors; the UK’s world-class test engineering solutions partner is recruiting the best talent to join our growing and enthusiastic team, and it could very well be you. Roles are vacant in manufacturing, engineering, administration, and more.

You can expect tours of the campus, chats with the recruitment team, and all the insider information about design and production of automated test equipment. Of course, we’ll also have a BBQ and refreshments ready, so please come hungry!

Amfax will be exhibiting at the ElectroTestExpo on 26th March 2019 at Keele Hall on the Keele University campus. The event is the UK's only dedicated board test, inspection, device programming and debug event for electronics professionals and is organised by the test equipment industry for the benefit of UK business. 

Despite the recent heavy snow and rain, the project delivery teams at Amfax have been hard at work delivering a large end of line tester to a major UK manufacturer. The system had to be assembled and tested within Amfax's manufacturing facility and carefully loaded and delivered to the customer via an articulated truck. Dieter, one of the project managers involved with the project commented "Due to the recent weather we were slightly concerned about the logistics of getting the test rig to the customer site. However as usual, the Amfax project team worked closely together to ensure the rig was delivered safely to the customer without any hiccups. Final commissioning is due to start straight away on site" 

Dieter Swindley of Amfax commented, "The busy Southern Manufacturing event this year allowed us to show visitors the performance advantages that the a3Di PCBA metrology system offers to businesses needing to improve the performance of their PCBA inspection facilities. We had a number of companies deciding to trial their PCBA boards on the machine at their facilities over the coming months"
