AmFax 4x4 Pin Diode Matrix RF Switch

All RF ATE systems incorporate expensive RF instrumentation, which must be switched to
single or multiple devices under test (DUT). This Switch Matrix provides multiplexed
switching between any of four DUT's and any of four instruments. The four DUT's could be
discrete devices or printed circuit assemblies before 'break-out' from a panelised PCB.
The four instruments could be signal sources (RF generators or noise sources) or signal
analysers (spectrum, vector or power RF analyzers).

Broadband frequency coverage from 70MHz to 6GHz. Suitable for VHF/FM up to 3G/WiMax.

oSwitching speeds much less than 1mSec, more than 100 times faster than current electro-mechanical switches
o 
oSolid-state switches with no moving parts provides an MTBF of 25,000 hours. More than 10 times electro-mechanical switches
o 
o4 x 4 Matrix enables multiple tests to be automated, reducing test time and optimising the usage of expensive instrumentation
