AmFax began the partnership with Keithley instruments in 1999, collaborating primarily on the development of solutions for the Opto-Electronics industry. Where customers require highly accurate, very low level measurements of very fragile and often very small UUT's, all to be made within fully automated test solutions.
Keithley Instruments specialise in the highly accurate and sensitive test equipment required by this very demanding industry, and AmFax provide highly optimised automation solutions. Incorporating robotics, handling, probing, temperature control and automated test software.
The collaboration has proven to be very successful, with the unique skills of both organisations supporting each other in the development and supply of a series of very complex opto-electronic test systems.
The continued development of this relationship is key to AmFax's success.
