Radio), Sensors, Transmission systems, Brake assemblies, ABS, CAN, PLC4TRUCKS and ISO9141 Bus modules. |
Our integration expertise has allowed us to build a strong portfolio of solutions that provide multiple functions; cluster test for example, where automatic optical inspection is combined with communications, bus simulation and automated handling.
Due to the rapidly developing environment we implement modular solutions in hardware and software to ensure that the solution has less redundancy issues and allows component parts to be re-used for future requirements.

The application of proprietary techniques for the handling of ultra small devices, such as semi-conductor lasers, and integration of highly optimised test techniques, utilising the high-speed nature of PXI, have given us a portfolio of test solutions that are unique to the industry. |
Fully automated pick & place, active probing, fibre alignment, highly responsive temperature control, functional test, sorting and stacking of Semi-Conductor opto-electronic devices at Bar, Individual Die (Chip), Chip-on-Carrier and Module level.
Handling damage is often the biggest factor in the yield figures of opto-electronic device manufacture at semi-conductor level. AmFax's proprietary tools guarantee near zero damage and the application of SCARA robot technology guarantees significant increases in through-put. AmFax have the only proven, fully automated Opto-Electronic, Semi-Conductor Bar test system in the world!
